Tim Guest

Chairman
Tim has lived in Southrop since 1998. He joined the Parish Council in 2011 and was appointed Chairman in 2019. He is married to Diana and they have two grown up children.
He has been closely involved in local affairs, having been a member of Southrop Parochial Church Council, one of the organisers of the Southrop Charity Clay Pigeon Shoot and a trustee of the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust.
Formerly a solicitor and a corporate financier, specialising in property, Tim is now retired.

Cathryn Brickley

Councillor
Cathy Brickley moved to Southrop in 2007 with her husband Peter. They have two grown-up daughters who live in London and Surrey and two golden retrievers who appreciate the lovely local walks!

Cathy taught at the village school for 10 years until retiring in 2018 and served as a school governor for most of that time. She now works in a voluntary capacity for the South Cotswolds Foodbank.

Cathy and Peter, also a parish councillor, care deeply about the future of our Southrop community and have always played an active part in village life, involved in the fete, the litter pick and village hall fundraisers.

Peter Brickley

Councillor
Peter Brickley has lived in Southrop since 2007, with wife Cathy. They have 2 grown up daughters. He has been active with the Village hall and fete over these years.
Peter has retired from a 30 year career as Chief Information Officer in global businesses. He is the Chairman of the Chorley building society.

Russell Giles

Councillor
Russell moved to Southrop in 2017 and lives here with his wife and two young children. Russell works for an international semiconductor company where he runs a team driving quality and productivity improvements.

Southrop is a picturesque village and civil parish in The Cotswolds, Gloucestershire. It is situated on the River Leach, a tributary of the Thames.
